Responsibilities: Work directly with and assist project managers by preparing client data for presentation. Perform zoning and permitting activities for cellular antennas and communication towers. Plan feasibility analysis including existing structure, collocation, and publicly-owned land. Build a working relationship with jurisdictions, land owners, city and/or state municipalities; preparing and presenting proposals and gauging their motivation of the project. Coordinate work and communications with RF engineering, construction, clients and vendors. Coordinate Environmental Phase 0 and Phase 1 reports as required. Review zoning drawings and other materials for city and governmental compliance.
Qualifications: 2 -5 year of wireless site development experience with the demonstrated ability to work through the entire process and display proven problem solving skills. Familiarity with local zoning requirements. Demonstrated understanding of land use planning through work experience, able to read and interpret zoning documents, bids, and leases. Excellent oral, written, organizational, and presentation skills required. Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines. Real estate license required. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Ability to travel as necessary.
