Responsibilities: Supports the project manager and manages the personnel on project construction. Knowledge of each project’s scope of work, implementation needs, and project deliverables; maintaining quality and a safe working environment. Identify and understand established milestones. Completion of processes, documentation, and site records. Develops and maintains strong working relationships with clients, vendors, contractors, and team members.
Qualifications: 2 -5 year of wireless site construction experience with the demonstrated ability to work through the entire process and display proven problem solving skills. Leadership and management skills acquired through formal training, recognizing diversity of individuals and applying necessary management techniques to ensure smooth operations. Demonstrated understanding of construction planning through work experience, able to read and interpret zoning documents, permits, etc. Good oral, written and organizational skills required. Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines. Contractor’s license required. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Ability to travel as necessary.
